Meru county assembly Justice and Legal Affairs committee (JLAC) say they have written to County Secretary Kiambi Atheru to seek an explanation on why they shouldn’t eject him for failure to appear before the committee yesterday without candid reasons.
Also put on notice are CECM finance Monica Kathono, director reinforcement Ismael mugambi and payroll manager who also declined the invitation.
