Ameru Professionals Association endorses CS Kithure Kindiki for Deputy President

The Ameru Professionals Association has called on Kenyans to support CS Kithure Kindiki for the position of Deputy President, praising him as non-corruptible, professional and wise.
The group’s Vice Chairman, Muriungi Ndumbo Ntamwarario, described Kindiki as a unifying figure for the country, noting that all MPs backed his candidacy despite other competent contenders.
“He has earned this status through his professionalism. When you see MPs from across the country rallying behind him, it shows their confidence in his leadership and his professional track record, from his time as a law firm secretary to his current role as CS. We should all emulate his work ethic, professionalism, and wise decisions,” Muriungi said.
He urged Kenyans to pray for Kindiki’s confirmation, expressing confidence that he would excel as Deputy President.
The Association, which includes professionals from the entire Ameru region, also called on the impeached Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua to support Kindiki rather than sow discord in the region.
“When the country gained independence, leaders and residents elected representatives who were professionals, not because they disliked Mau Mau fighters, but because professionals are needed to steer the nation forward. This is why we encourage our children to pursue further education,” Muriungi added.
He also urged Kenyan youths to be disciplined, respect their teachers and lecturers, and avoid corruption to help build a great nation.
“I want to announce today, without a doubt, that Deputy President-elect Kithure Kindiki was a treasurer for this Association. Once appointed to serve the public, one must set aside personal interests,” he said.
