A Githongo Court has given a go ahead to the family of the late David Ithinji to exhume the body of their beloved one that was mistakenly picked at Meru Funeral Home.
The family from Kirima kiathi Central Imenti, Wednesday, sort court orders to unbury the body of their beloved a day after it went missing at the morgue, an exercise that Magistrate Susan Ndegwa has said should be done under tight security.
The body of the late is said to have been mistakenly exchanged with that of Justus Ntumbui Ntutiruchiu and buried in Muri village, Githongo, Central Imenti.
