The five accused individuals charged with the murder of Daniel Muthiani alias Sniper have been released on a Sh1M bond with two sureties each or an alternative cash bail of Ksh.500,000, along with two contact persons.
The accused are however prohibited from accessing the Muthiani’s home sub-county and the secondary scene at Chiakariga.
The case is set to be mentioned on 27th June 2024.
