Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has issued a stern warning to hospitals, saying that any facility denying patients treatment risks losing its operating licence.
The warning comes as the Social Health Authority (SHA) disburses Sh15.4 billion to health facilities nationwide to improve access to medical care and strengthen service delivery.
