Joy Karwitha Kiugu has been sworn in as the CEC Member for Lands, Physical Planning, Urban Development, and Public Works in Meru County. The Governor Rev Mutuma M’Ethingia was present during the ceremony that took place at the Governor’s office and witnessed by other CECMs.
