Selenite, has today November 28, 2023 launched its first store in the country as they seek to take control of the vast market in Meru County.
The retail, proudly co-owned by Lena Karwitha Mugambi and the Chinese people, is in a move set to fuel competition with rival chains in home appliances, in terms of affordability and still better, it’s got sustainability at its core. The retail, which is located at the Avenue mall in Gitimbene, is already a source of employment to the Meru locals and one employee by the name Kenneth Muchuhi Muthuri says, “it’s a pleasure for me to be working at selenite I am excited for what lies ahead, and I am comfortable to give my absolute best.”

Selenite joins other market giants such as Naivas, Java House and KFC as Meru County thrives to continue its upwards trajectory in economically growth with a variety of retail shops and the banking industry inside the Meru business hub, as rural towns increasingly play a significant role in driving home appliances, so will Selenite be collaborating with its distributors to unsure better connectivity during this festive season for business growth.
