Meru Senator Kathuri Murungi has called on Kenyan army commander to consider scrapping off the Country’s flag colours from the red carpet used in parades.
According to Mr Murungi who is also the Senate Deputy Speaker, the Kenyan flag includes symbols of unity, peace, and defence of the country.
“The Kenya Army Commander should consider removing the colours of our National Flag from the red carpet used in Parades. The Kenyan flag includes symbols of unity, peace, and defence of the country,” Murungi said via his Facebook account
